At Woredox, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items such as final sale or discounted clearance products may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, or Stripe) within a few business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. If you need an exchange, please contact us within the return period.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  • Contact your bank for processing delays

If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you will be provided with the return shipping address after contacting our support team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
